I reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any project or booking if the client fails to meet the requirements or misses the agreed schedule.

Payment will only be accepted once we're ready to start the project. It must be made upfront before any work begins. Payment plans are available, with 50% of the base price required upfront. Commercial use incurs an additional 50% of the base price (e.g., for merchandise, keychains, etc.).

A maximum of 3 revisions is allowed during the sketch and coloring stages. Model design changes are only permitted during the sketching phase. No revisions will be accepted after the model has been fully colored and is ready to be divided into parts.

Completion time ranges from 1 to 4 weeks, starting when the project begins, not when a slot is reserved or a client is added to the waitlist. The final model will be uploaded via Google Drive and delivered through Discord. The time required will depend on the complexity of the character.

Commissioned art or rigging cannot be used for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency-related purposes under any circumstances. Most models are intended for personal use. If commercial use is intended, clients must inform me. Use of the artwork for AI or similar programs is prohibited without the artist's permission. Commissions may be used on social media, streams, etc.

Credit must be clearly displayed in an easily visible location, such as your X (Ex Twitter) or social media bio.

Once the sketch/design/art is approved, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will not amount to 100% of the base price and will be determined by the work completed and time spent on the model up to that point.
